If you do decide to commission me, here are some important steps as to how I do business with my clients.
Please note, ThinkPattern. reserves full right to change terms without notice at any time as well as
the right to use work for her social media.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

Once the buyer (you) has agreed upon a price with ThinkPattern, full payment is sent via Paypal via friends & Family.

Silks will confirm payment, and add you onto the queue (If queue is applicable at the time) Work then starts on the hired project ASAP. ThinkPattern will usually give you an ETA.

Once the project starts, a full sketch of the product is made for the buyers eye so that any errors or changes can be made. Larger changes may result in extra fee..

Once a final sketch is determined, ThinkPattern. will begin neat work and the final product is then completed to the buyers specifications.

Once finished a full .zip File with all relevant files is sent to the buyer.

No chargebacks or Refunds are allowed once a deal has been agreed upon.

Accepting these terms means that you fully understand and agree with these terms by verbal contract.

If added to a queue when applicable, please note that ThinkPattern. will provide with plenty of updates and stay in contact with you during the waiting procedure. During this time it is perfectly normal to worry but please be assured that ThinkPattern. will try her best to provide you security, comfort and plenty of status updates on the ETA of your product.
Refunds -

If in the rare case you meet the requirements for a refund, you will be held responsible for any tax or additional charges.
Pricing -
- If you require work to be done quickly, I offer an additional charge of $10-$20 USD depending on the scale of the project.
